Unarguably, Rosie was a true force, but at her core, she was a warm, creative soul who kindly touched the lives of everyone she met. Despite her significant ups and downs over the last year and a half, she continued to make instant and fast friends wherever she went and was always to share joy and laughter! May she rest in peace!
