John F Naour

 

John F Naour, of Daytona Beach Shores, FL, passed away at Halifax Health Medical Center, Daytona Beach, FL on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

John was born to Henry and Gabrielle (Peyron) Naour on February 28, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan.  He grew up and attended school in the Detroit area.  He joined the Army National Guard which brought him to Grayling, MI.  He and his wife Norma, moved there in 1971 and had a daughter, Jennifer.  He spent the next 25 years very active in Grayling real estate, as well as the Grayling community.  He moved to Daytona Beach Shores in 1996 and continued in real estate until his retirement.  John made friends easily, had a great sense of humor, and was easy to know.  

John is survived by his daughter Jennifer Klinger, Jacksonville, FL; sisters Suzette Pogats (Harry) and Jeannette Solitro; brother Henry Naour (who has since passed on 1/19/23) (Joan); Sister-in-law Lynetta Naour and many nieces and nephews, along with friends Terri and Mike Nicley who were very helpful to him in his later years.  He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Gabrielle Naour; brother Gilbert Naour; and nephew Gary Munnings.  No services are planned at this time.  His requests are being fulfilled by Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home.
