Crawford County Building
The Crawford County Building, beginning January 14, is open to the public by appointment only.
Crawford County Commission on Aging
Due to lack of staffing the Crawford County Commission on Aging is discontinuing the following classes effective January 7 until further notice: Aerobic Drumming, Zumba, Stretch via Zoom, Introduction to Zoom, and Virtual Bingo. If you have any questions or are looking for additional resources, please contact the Commission on Aging at (989) 348-7123. Congregate meals will continue to be offered Monday through Friday on a curbside take-out basis from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch and dinner, as well as weekend meals, can be picked up at that time. Call (989) 348-7123 to order takeout meals. Meals on Wheels will continue to be delivered on an alternative schedule. In-home services will continue. Telephone reassurance calls will continue.
Crawford County Transportation Authority
Crawford County Transportation Authority (Dial-A-Ride) hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Dial-A-Ride is available to pick up and deliver Crawford County Commission on Aging & Senior Center Congregate Meals for $1 and Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church Monday Night Community Dinners for $1 (senior price).
Crawford County Libraries
The Crawford County Devereaux Memorial Library is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is a limit of 25 patrons in the building at any given time. Patrons must wear face masks and practice social distancing. The Frederic Community Library is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Only 10 people are allowed inside at one time. Contact the Frederic Library at (989) 348-4067.
Kirtland Community College
Kirtland has a COVID-19 Neighborhood Testing Site on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Crawford County Veteran's Service Office
The Coffee Hour slated for the second Thursday of each month is cancelled until further notice.
